Words in blue (and underlined) will open a new page, words in red will reveal a picture or text when the mouse pointer is placed over the word, thumbnail photographs will reveal a larger photograph when the mouse pointer is placed over them.

This site was created in the Spring of 2009 to serve the needs of the Society and will grow as material and time allows. The aim of the site is to present aspects of Amblecote history from about the year 1700 to the present day, and which may not appear on other web sites.

We would be delighted to hear from anyone who has any information, photographs, stories or memories of Amblecote or its people.
